Q: How long does it take for me to receive the order after I confirm and pay? 

A: It depends on the item! For most apparel, the turnaround time is 2 weeks. For embroidered items and accessories, the turnaround time is usually 3.5 weeks. When you request a quote, our reps will let you know the exact turnaround time!

Q: How does pricing work at GroupGear? Do you match quotes? 

A: Our price quotes are all inclusive (no extra fees) and calculated for you personally by our representatives. We also strive to match all quotes as well! Just email us a proof of the competing quote and we will match or beat it. As your order size increases, price goes down!

Q: Do I get to see how my final product would look like? 

A: Yes! After you confirm your order, our representative will send you an artwork design for you to review before the order goes into production. Please approve this artwork only if you are sure that it is what you would like printed! Changes cannot be made after this point. If you are unsure about the proof, please ensure to reject the proof on the order tracker and leave your comments so that our team can update the proof with your feedback. 

Q: I'm looking for something that isn't in your catalog, do you carry it? 

A: We most certainly carry it! Our catalog is so large that our website can show only our most popular selections. Just fill out the inquiry form here and describe the item you want - we will get back to you on its availability within 1 business day. 

Q: Do you have minimum or maximum limits on orders? 

A: We do, but it varies by the product. For embroidered products like jackets, our minimum is 12, but for most other products, the minimum is usually 24. These numbers are not strict - we'll do our best to accommodate your order!
